Wireframe Valley (2015)

Edition of 3.

Wireframe Valley is a real-time landscape that slowly degrades over the period of the exahibition, revealing the hidden mechanisms and structures used to create it. The video game engine allows for changes in the landscape to be triggered over longer durations than would be feasible in conventional animation. Video game developers have ways of changing the appearance of the game landscape to check for errors; these changes have have been programmed to occur in sequence until the landscape is reduced to its most basic structure: the wireframe.
